Ordering
We offer 3 options for placing orders
1) By Telephone
We provide this service for those who may prefer to speak to someone at Pulse Health Screening. This also gives you the opportunity to ask about the products before ordering. If no one is available to take your call, please try again later or choose another order option.
At present, we are unable to take credit card payments over the telephone. You will be given the option to pay by cheque or via BACS.

2) By Post
If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order you should send your order by post.
First, enter the necessary details on the Order Form. Then print off the form and send with your payment to Pulse Health Screening, 46 Gilbert Close, Kempston, Beds, MK42 8RN. Cheques should be made payable to: Pulse Health Screening.
If you include your e-mail address on your form, you will receive confirmation and approximate delivery date, by e-mail.
If you would prefer your order to be sent to a different address, please include the details on your order form.

3) Online Orders
We have teamed up with PayPal to offer you secure payments if you wish to order online.
Beside each item is an “Add to Basket” button which will automatically add the item you wish to order into your shopping basket. You may view your order at any time by clicking on the “View Basket” button, where you can edit your order if necessary.
When you have finished shopping, click on the “Checkout” button and PayPal will guide you through the payment system. Payments are made to Healthy Choices and this is the name that will appear on your statement.

Delivery
Most orders should arrive within 4 - 5 working days but please allow up to 28 days during busy periods. Some products or test kits may be sent direct from the supplier so may take longer.
Orders paid by cheque will be sent once your payment has cleared and you should receive confirmation of despatch by e-mail (if you have provided your e-mail address).
If you wish your order to be delivered to a different address than your billing address, please state that when placing your order.
