Employee Health and Wellness Checks
Fees are charged on an hourly basis of £75 per hour for each nurse who attends. The charges are based on a 15 minute health and wellbeing consultation with a five minute break between each person to allow for overruns.
Maximum of 18 appointments a day.
Minimum charge is £150.

Employee Health and Wellness Follow-Up Checks
A one-off health check may be helpful in encouraging your staff to make some diet and lifestyle changes but without a follow-up check, they will be unable to measure any improvement or deterioration in their health.
Fees for a Follow-Up check are charged on an hourly basis of £75 per hour for each nurse who attends. The charges are based on a 15 minute consultation with a five minute break between each person to allow for overruns.
Minimum charge is £150.
Employee Health and Wellbeing Annual Plan
An annual health plan provides a flexible way to pay for a range of services, including follow-up checks and health promotion talks at a discount. Prices start from £60 for each employee who is included in the Plan - a saving of up to £15 per person.
Payments can be made monthly at £5.75 per person; quarterly at £16 per person; or annually at £60 per person.
Health and Wellness Checks for Sole Traders, Partners or Key Staff
If you are a sole trader or partner, the health and wellbeing checks which we offer to individuals may be more appropriate. These can take place at your place of work or home.
If you are an employer with Key Staff, you may also wish to choose these health and wellbeing checks.
Prices start at £35 per person.
Drivers Health Checks
These checks are for staff members who are required to drive their own car or a company vehicle as part of their job, whether it be to drive to meetings with colleagues or to make deliveries of products
Maximum of 12 appointments a day for the Drivers Health Checks.
Fees are charged at £40 per person for a half hour appointment or £75 per hour if booking five or more members of staff in the same day.
Minimum charge is £160.
Breast Health Checks
These checks are for your female staff. Men are welcome to attend the Breast Health talk if this is included in your package.
Maximum of 12 appointments a day for the Breast Health Checks and a maximum of 11 appointments a day if booking the Healthy Breasts lunchtime talk on the same day.
Fees are charged at £40 per person for a half hour appointment. If booking the Breast Health lunchtime talk with the Breast Health Checks, the fee is charged on an hourly basis of £75 per hour.
Minimum charge is £160.
Health Promotion Talks
The cost for the talks is dependent on the length of time requested by you. Most talks can be delivered within half an hour with additional time for questions or discussion afterwards.
The fee is charged on an hourly basis of £75 which will include the time before and after the talk to set up and clear away (allow an hour).
Minimum charge is £150.
If you would like us to provide a healthy lunch, there is an additional charge of £7.50 per head.

The above charges are all-inclusive, unless you require an additional service not listed. Travel expenses will be charged for companies located over 10 miles from Bedford based on travel time and mileage to your company premises.
There is no charge for VAT on any of our services because they are always provided by a Registered Nurse, which makes them exempt from VAT.

Breast Thermal Imaging - £175 per employee. As this is a relatively expensive procedure, the employee can pay for this service, herself or the company can pay a percentage to subsidise the employee’s cost. The Salary Sacrifice Scheme may also be considered by the employee as an alternative method of payment.
